Hannah's father is the boys' 8th great-granduncle, John Bradley who's parents are the boys' 9th great-grandparents, Francis Bradley and Sarah Jackson both from Fairfield CT.  They gave birth to Gershom Bradley (they must have liked the name because this Gershom was also born in 1712 but on Dec 12th.  He is the boys' 8th great-grandfather.  He married Sarah Sherwood and begot Sarah Bradley who married David Barlow II in Aug of 1764.  They begot Anna Barlow in 1763 (maybe) and she married the boys' 6th great-grandfather, Talcott Gold.

BANKS/BRADLEY/BARLOW/GOLD/COTTON/WOODEN/BRIDGFORTH
Gershom Banks and Mary Bradley's (his first wife), 273rd anniversary
is also today, married in 1739.  Gershom didn't have a very good memory, so he married Mary Bradley on his birthday so he could remember.  He was 27 and Mary was 19.  The wedding was in Fairfield, CT and lasted almost 2 years and one child when Mary died in April of 1741.  Gershom didn't like meeting new people so he married Mary's sister Hannah Bradley, the boys 1st cousin 9 times removed who eventually died in child birth in 1749 birthing their 3rd child.  So the count is Gershom - 2 wives, 4 children.  Then he married Mary Perry in 1952 and begot another Gershom Banks and 6 others.  Mary out lived the old man and the finial count is Gersom 1- wives-3 children 11 in a spread of about 30 years.
