Meet the family for May 22nd


George Conrad
is 204 years old today, born in 1806. George is Steve's 5th great-grandfather.  George married Nancy Wiseman in 1825 and begot Mary Ann Conrad in 1824.  Mary Ann married Daniel G. Everhart and begot Thomas Jefferson Everhart in 1849.  Thom is Steve's 3th great-grandfather who married Mary Jane Martin and begot Gramp, Elmer Elsworth Everhart in 1877.


Nancy Le Fevre i
s 197 years old today, born in 1813. Nancy is the boys' 4th great-grandaunt and the sister of Mary Magdelaine Le Fevre who married James Johnson in 1824 and begot Amanda Johnson who married Andrew J. Wooden in 1858 and are the boy's 3rd great-grandparents.


Nicholas Snow and Constance Hopkin's
anniversary number 383 is today, married in 1627. They are the boys' 11th great-grandparents.  Constance is our ride to the new world on the Mayflower.  She came over on the Mayflower with her father Stephen Hopkins in 1620.  Constance was among only a handful of children and women who lived through the first winter.  Constance married Nicholas Snow in Plymouth Massachusetts May 22, 1627.  They begot 7 children with the first one being our relative Sarah Snow.  Sarah married William Walker in January of 1655.


Harvey Houston Wooden
is 132 years old today, born in 1878.  Harvey is the boys' 2nd great-granduncle, the brother of  2nd great-grandfather Joseph R. Wooden.  Joseph married Margaret Jennie Stanford October, 29, 1884 in Illinois and begot Walter William Wooden, the boys' great-grandfather, and Leroy Oliver Wooden.


Minnie Lee Roberts
died 67 years ago today in 1943 at age 55 in Calhoun, Alabama.  Minnie is the wife of Tara's great-granduncle James Loid Naugher.  James is the brother of Horace Savage Naugher born in 1897.  Horace is Tara's great-grandfather.  He married Maxie Ruth Smith  and begot Moses S. Naugher in 1920.

William Alexandar Stewart
died 199 years ago today in 1811 just 8 days after he was born in Ebenizer, York, South Carolina. William is Tara's 4th great-granduncle, the brother of the Civil War casualty, John Thomas Stewart, Tara's 4th great-grandfather.
